buying a cookbook

I just bought 2 great new cookbooks one about pasta and one about antipasti
I always go with an empty stomach so when I`m looking in the books I can almost taste the great food thats inside jummmmy,on the way back home my wife looks at the pictures and comes up with more ideas, one of them was to buy two great olive oils
one for meat and one for salades and antipasti we can`t stop talking and thinking of what we are gonne make for ourself and ofcourse our friends..this is what pre-joy is all about rising up your energy level and thinking and doing the stuff you love

What is Prejoy

voorpret is a Dutch word which is hard to translate The dictionary says 'anticipatory pleasure'. I just call it forefun or prejoy.

For me prejoy is surfing the web getting all kinds of info about a certain destination,
or talking with friends where to go on the next trip,i love to get my suitcase out weeks before we go on a trip and start packing a beach towel or such

but not only a holiday has prejoy for me,cooking a great meal or going to a great restaurant can make me happy days before,

so this is a little explanation what pre joy is.
